Charlie Serotoff

Charlie Serotoff is Nerdy's Vice President of Product Management, overseeing strategy and execution for the institutional business. Joining in 2025, he brings experience building and scaling AI-powered platforms in fintech, insurance, and marketplace environments. Before joining Nerdy, Charlie served as Head of Product at At-Bay, overseeing the modernization of underwriting, broker, and customer platforms into a unified system that connected data, automation, and workflow intelligence to power faster growth and operational efficiency. Prior to that, he held senior product leadership roles at Capital One, 1stDibs, and The Daily Beast, driving innovation across lending, personalization, and digital engagement products. He also has a BBA in Accounting & Marketing from Hofstra University, and lives in New York City.
