Monica Hans

Monica Hans is the Vice President of HR Business Partnerships at Nerdy. With more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Monica has built a reputation for aligning people strategies with business growth in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Before joining Nerdy, Monica built a Human Resources consulting practice at Collaborative Strategies where she developed HR strategies for privately owned businesses ranging from $5M-$800M. Monica was also the Vice President, Human Resources at Caleres, a $3B footwear company, leading the HR Business Partner and Talent Strategy functions. Monica holds an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Justice from American University. She is Vice President of the Board for Gateway to Hope and resides in the St. Louis with her husband Matt and daughter, Audrey.
