Tracy Shepherd Daly leads Nerdy’s sales and customer success teams. Tracy joined Nerdy in 2011 after spending several years supporting families as Program Director for a boutique tutoring firm in New York City. Prior to working in the private sphere, Tracy was a middle school teacher in the NYC Public School system. These experiences have given her a great deal of empathy for students, parents, and teachers. The challenges facing learners and teachers in today’s classrooms can be difficult, and she is proud to be part of a solution that leverages technology and expert instruction to personalize student learning. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Science Education from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and a Master’s of Arts in Education from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, Mike, and six-year-old son.
